Now that the wedding is done, I'm moving on to my next self-funded event venture: Summer Suppers!
The other night, we grilled a mustard-crusted tri-tip, white corn in-husk and simple olive oil-drizzled asparagus with sea salt and fresh bread. After which we further stuffed ourselves with leftover wedding cake with ice cream and basked in the glow of our new patio heater going (who gave that to us btw?).
There's something about dining al fresco on a summer night! I loved it - and I'm excited to do it again soon, maybe with Mr. W's homegrown vegetables and homemade ice cream?
